Disclaimer

The licence holder of N.V. SPAC in Suriname, here in known as the “Rental Agent” has leased to
the undersigned, here in known as the “Renter”, the under mentioned car, here in known as
“the car” , whereby  the renter conforms to the terms stipulated in the rental conditions and agrees.
1.       that the renter will return the car with all tires, tools, car papers, accessories and other
      equipment to the office at Verl. Gemenelandsweg 139 A at the site mentioned in page 1 and
      on the specified date earlier as demanded by the rental agent.
2.       that renter has received the car in a good condition and accepts the fact that during the
      rental period the cost for fuel will be for his/her account.
3.       that the car will not be used: a. for the transport of persons and/or goods for a fee in
      whichever manner./b/ for pushing or towing of any vehicles or trailers./c. to participate in car
      races and/or rallies./by any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and further
      that the car will only be driven by the renter or by a person authorised by him/her./ e. for the
      transportation of goods.
4.       that renter , under all circumstances, will be unlimitedly held liable for damages due to an
      accident and/or due to the manoeuvring of the car in such manner as to avoid an accident with
      hanging branches from trees on the road, or any other obstacles that are placed over and/or on
      the road, traffic threshold or potholes in the road surface.
5.       that renter shall, for his own account, take care of all necessary licences permission and
      statements for the transportation of goods.
6.       that renter and any authorised person of the car , such as stated in paragraph 3, is
      covered by a car insurance, a copy to be given to the office of N.V. SPAC. The coverage of
      the policy will consist of: a. legal responsibility towards a third party, both in personal injuries
      as well as in material damages up to a sum of SRD 10.000.= . /.b. the acceptance of
      responsibility or fault of the accident./c. not abandoning the car without first providing
      sufficient security measures after the accident . d. N.V. SPAC to be informed by telephone of
      all particulars of the accident within 4 hours time. /e. to notify the police, in case the fault of
      the opposite party is to be confirmed or if any personal injuries have been inflicted. /f. AN
      INJURY INSURANCE ON BEHALF OF THE DRIVER AND EVENTUAL CO-RIDER WILL BE
      INCLUDED
7.       that renter holds the rental agent free of any responsibility such as any loss, damage to
      own property, material stored or left behind in or on the car during or after the rental period,
      and also at the time the car  is being returned to the rental agent . the renter declares to hold
      the rental agent free of any responsibility based on or due to the result of such loss or damage.
8.       that renter will thoroughly lock the car when  not in use.
9.       that rental agent will not be held responsible for any mechanical malfunction resulting from
      this damage despite everything he has done to the best of  his ability.
10.   that eventual addition and/or alterations to the rental agreement will be of no value unless
      by a written agreement.
11.   that renter besides being committed  to the here in mentioned rental agent.
12.   that any conflict over this rental agreement or general conditions will be subject to the
      Suriname law and the verdict of the authorised court of justice in Paramaribo.
13.   that in case of a legal conflict between parties with regard to the rental agreement, the

      renter will be unconditionally compelled and/or obligated to accept for his/her account and risk

      all cost occurring from the district court, the lawyer, the bailiff, etc. etc
